| Biography of your career in financial services: | My first job in financial services was in 1979 with Cornhill Life as a Broker Consultant. I subsequently went on to work for Irish Life, Save and Prosper and Legal & General before joining a large national insurance brokerage in 1996 as head of training and development. Following the sale of the business, I set up a compliance consultancy before joining Squirrel in 2003. I was made a director in 2005 and I am responsible for all compliance within the company |
